I would like all of you to come up with a name for a Medal. We are in need of one for all the politicians. The latest being when Hillary landed in Bosnia and was “under a hail of bullets and had to run and duck ”
Some call it embellishment, some call it adlibbing…. I think it’s an outright lie. If your are ever under fire you won’t forget it and you won’t have to lie about it. This is but one example of politicians telling you what they want you want to hear… and its not just one sided. They all do it.
Until someone comes up with a different name…. I am going to name it the “Pinocchio” medal. Fitting to say the least.
The other thing I want to rant about is the cost of getting elected….. What a joke. Forty million a month to get your message out and its only going to get worse. As I have looked at the constitution as it is printed. It appears to me that the original intent was get the average American citizen to be able to run and contribute and then move on. I don’t know about you but that is out of the league of most people I know. Now it’s a way of life and if you are elected your first job is to get re-elected.
I could go on and on…. this is a shooting forum and I don’t want it to become political. But at some point the American people have got to stand up and say enough is enough….. Probably will never happen in my lifetime. Any and all viewpoints are welcome here…. so, what say you ?
